All digital likeness requires full written NIL / estate authorization. SAG-AFTRA AI compliance framework adopted.

    California Right of Publicity

    Name, image, likeness and voice are commercially used only with the written consent of the individual or the rights holder of a deceased personality, within the agreed scope.

    SAG-AFTRA digital performer terms

    We follow the union's AI framework: informed consent, a clear description of intended use, compensation, and the performer's right to approve or veto uses.

    Deceased performers: estate authorization

    Verification of the estate or trust, written license, usage review by the estate, and ongoing approval rights.

    AI disclosure, watermarking and audit logs

    All AI performance is labeled “AI Digital Performer”, carries invisible provenance watermarks, and is recorded in content audit logs.

    Prohibited uses

    No defamation, sexual content, false advertising or deepfake abuse. No unauthorized face-swaps of real people.

    Data isolation

    Training data for real-person twins is stored separately from original AI character training sets and never mixed.

    We do not hold representation of performers themselves. Digital twins are operated only within written authorization. A digital twin is not the person; original AI stars have no human prototype.
